  • Please note: Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order and is entirely separate from shipping/transit time. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and comprehensive. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery or return shipping costs incurred.

7. Damaged and Missing Packages

If you receive your order and discover that items are damaged, or if your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not physically received the package:
